1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are confirmed once successfully placed and processed through our accepted payment method (Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment-related issues.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are final and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary mode of payment, to be settled at the time of order receipt.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location but generally fall within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please note that deliveries may be delayed during sales, national holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy — even if you simply change your mind. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. Refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our official Refund & Exchange Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bin Hamza will not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or regulatory delays.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
