Shipping Policy

We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. Every parcel is dispatched through a Government-Registered Courier Service to ensure safe and reliable delivery. If your package arrives opened or damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact our support team immediately.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via our trusted courier partners.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 3–4 working days for major cities across Pakistan.
• Remote Areas: 4–6 working days depending on the courier route and accessibility.
• Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Important Notes

• During sale seasons or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified in case of any delays.
